Our Terms and Conditions describe your rights and responsibilities. In using this website you agree to be bound by and to follow the Terms and Conditions set herein. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

GENSEN Japan reserves the right to add, delete or change the terms and conditions as mandated by changes in e-commerce technology and all related and applicable laws. Please review Terms and Conditions whenever you visit this website.

Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. In accordance with Australian law, Australian customers will incur GST. GENSEN Japan reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Shipping Rate and Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping charge: Australian standard shipping is AUD $8 and Japan standard shipping is AUD $8. Rest of the world shipping fee is $18.
Delivery schedule: Delivery in approximately 2-5 business days from the receipt of your order. Estimated delivery time varies. Items will be shipped from Sydney for delivery in Australia and Saitama for delivery in Japan.

Order and Payment Method

Once you place an order on gensenjapan.com, you will receive an email notification to the email address you provided while placing the order, confirming that your order has been received.

We happily accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal and Shopify payment method.

Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 10 days from the receipt of product. Simply email info@gensen.com.au; we will issue the refund the moment we receive the items.

* Returns shall be made within 10 days from the receipt of product. Please write “Product Return” on the subject line of your email.

【在庫がある商品】2－５営業日程で発送。（土日祝日は休業です）
【品切れの場合】ご希望の商品が万一品切れの場合は、その旨ご連絡し、注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。

返品と交換について

【お客様ご都合の場合】
商品に不備がない限り返品、交換は出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

【当店不備の場合】
商品の破損、商品違い、その他、当店の不手際により不備が発生した場合は、当店にて送料を負担致しまして交換配送致します。恐れ入りますが、必ず商品到着後10日以内に下記までご連絡ください。

お客様ご都合によるお受け取り辞退・ご連絡のないご返品につきましては、所定の送料をご請求させていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
